Otto Oksanen

Otto Oksanen serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Customer Relations at NCC, focusing on public and corporate affairs, business development, and leadership since May 2022. Oksanen also holds the position of Vice Chairman and Member of the Board for LocalTapiola Ltd, overseeing governance in the Uusimaa area. Previously, Oksanen was a Senior Vice President at SOK, managing operations across multiple countries and overseeing human resources, property management, and finance. With extensive experience in real estate and facility management roles at various companies, including KOY Opetustalo and Kampin Keskus Oy, Oksanen possesses a strong background in leadership and operational management. Oksanen's educational qualifications include a Senior Executive Program from IMD and multiple postgraduate degrees focused on real estate, asset management, and leadership.
