Rickard Bengtsson

Rickard Bengtsson is currently employed at NCC as an Arbetsledare since July 2022, overseeing the Avicii Arena project from March 2024 to April 2025. Prior to this role, Rickard completed a trainee program in MTP, serving as both Arbetsledare and Projektingenjör on the Nova project during a six-month period. Rickard started in the construction field with a summer job as Arbetsledare at Hangar 5, focusing on tenant adjustments. Earlier experience includes working as an Examensarbetare at Specialfastigheter Sverige AB, where an advanced master's thesis was developed on "BIM i offentlig fastighetsförvaltning." Rickard holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, earned in June 2022.
