Shelly Shoor

Shelly Shoor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Staff and Director at NCC since May 2024, Shelly previously held the position of Head of HSSE and Quality at Aker Carbon Capture from October 2021 to May 2024, alongside being a board member of Tekna and a member of AMU. Shelly has also worked for Skanska in various roles related to quality, safety, and development from January 2015 to October 2021, and held the position of QHSE Manager at Siemens AS between June 2011 and December 2014. Earlier experience includes consulting at Capgemini Norway and serving as a student assistant at NTNU. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management with a focus on Environmental Management and HSE from NTNU, and a Master's degree in Strategic Business Development and Innovation from BI Norwegian Business School.
