Olga G. Alvarez is a seasoned sustainability consultant with extensive experience in green building practices and education. Currently with Project Coordinating Services, LLC since 2007, Olga holds multiple certifications including LEED-AP, GGP, CAPS, and serves as a Fitwel Ambassador. Throughout a diverse career, Olga has contributed to various projects as a LEED consultant for construction phases and as an instructor for sustainable courses at NCCER and the School Board of Broward County. Olga has also played a pivotal role in regional climate initiatives through the Broward County Climate Change Task Force and has been influential in the US Green Building Council - South Florida Chapter as a founding member and past president. Educationally, Olga holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Design from Florida International University.
