Currently serving as Digital Content Manager at NCCER since June 2022, Kelly previously worked as an Instructional Designer I at the University of Florida, developing engaging online courses in collaboration with multimedia teams. Notable earlier positions include Front Desk and Hospitality roles at The Walt Disney Company, and positions at the Harn Museum of Art focusing on mobile app development for educational purposes. With a solid foundation in teaching and curriculum development from Frankel Jewish Academy and Marian High School, along with a PhD in Literature from the University of Florida, Kelly showcases a comprehensive skill set in instructional design, customer service, and academic editing.
