Richard Hannah

Richard Hannah, Ph.D., MBA, ASP, currently serves as the Research Director at NCCER since December 2024. Prior to this role, Richard held significant positions, including Vice President of Learning and Innovation at the Health and Safety Council from August 2019 to November 2024 and Director of Recruiting and Career Development at PSC from March 2011 to August 2019. Additional experience includes technical and managerial roles in various organizations, with notable positions such as Technical Documentation and Marketing Support at COBAN Technologies and CRM System Administrator at PSC. Richard's military background includes serving as a US Army Ranger Team Leader in the 75th Ranger Regiment. Academically, Richard earned a BA in English and History from Texas A&M University, an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and a Ph.D. in Adult Learning and Leadership from Kansas State University.
