Terrell L. Spencer

Terrell L. Spencer is an experienced Occupational Safety & Health Manager and Technician, currently employed by the City of Columbus since December 2005. In addition to this role, Terrell serves as a Construction Craft Instructor for the Associated Builders and Contractors Central Ohio Chapter and has held this position since 1996. Terrell is also a Certified Core Curriculum Instructor with NCCER, contributing to industry training for the same duration. From 2014 to 2021, Terrell was a Construction Craft Instructor for Franklinton Rising. Educational background includes attendance at Cleveland State University.
