Wesley Dibeler Cssm

Wesley Dibeler, CSSM, serves as the NCCER Training Program Director at ASRC Industrial since February 2022, while simultaneously working as an instructor for the Houston Area Contractors Safety Council, focusing on construction safety orientations and supervisor training. Previous roles include serving as the Gulf Coast Regional EHS Manager at KM Industrial and HSE Gulf Region Manager at K2 Industrial Services. With a strong background in safety management, Wesley contributed to HydroChemPSC as Regional EHST Manager, overseeing safety and training for over 2,350 employees. An experienced educator, Wesley has held various positions with NCCER since 2011, including Master Trainer and Primary Administrator, and holds a B.S. in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University and an AAS in Fire Technology and Administration from Lake Superior College.
