Leo Franco

Leo Franco is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing large-scale business application solutions. Currently serving as the Senior Software Developer Team Lead at the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since December 2016, Leo Franco utilizes a variety of tools, including Xamarin/NET MAUI, Azure DevOps, and ASP.NET, among others. Prior to this role, Leo Franco was a Senior Software Engineer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from May 2011 to December 2016, where expertise in ASP.NET and JavaScript technologies was applied to improve robust application solutions. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Developer at ACC from June 2006 to May 2011, focusing on web and windows applications in a 24/7 production environment. Leo Franco holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Central East University in the Dominican Republic.
