Leo Franco is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing large-scale business application solutions. Currently serving as the Senior Software Developer Team Lead at the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since December 2016, Leo Franco utilizes a variety of tools, including Xamarin/NET MAUI, Azure DevOps, and ASP.NET, among others.
