Pritesh Ashar

Pritesh Ashar has a strong background in business analysis and quality assurance. Pritesh began their career at ICICI Bank in 2003 as a Manager, where they played a key role in migrating manual brokerage processing to ICRA software and implementing cost-saving measures. In 2008, they joined Financial Technologies India Ltd. as a Business Analyst, where they were involved in designing and documenting functionalities for various trading systems. From 2012 to 2015, Pritesh worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Viteos Capital Market Services Ltd. In this role, they gained experience in the capital market industry. Since 2015, they have been with NCDEX, first as a VP of Quality Assurance and currently as the Senior Vice President of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance. At NCDEX, Pritesh has been instrumental in successfully implementing new trading applications and introducing a Commodity Options Segment.

Pritesh Ashar completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Taxation from the University of Mumbai in the years 1993 to 1998. Subsequently, from 1998 to 2000 and from 2000 to 2001, Pritesh pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in the fields of Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology and Finance, respectively, at the Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research in Mumbai. Additionally, Pritesh obtained a certification as a Certified Business Analyst from the IIBA in the year 2012.
