Arthur Petteway

Arthur Petteway is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the transportation sector. Currently serving as a Senior Rail Project Development Engineer at NCDOT since November 2015, Arthur is responsible for overseeing various engineering and planning projects, including contracting and conflict resolution. Prior experience at the North Carolina Department of Transportation includes roles as Project Engineer-Multimodal and Engineering Services Manager, where Arthur managed diverse projects and teams. Arthur's career began at the Atchinson Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad and spans several roles focusing on roadway and transportation engineering.
