Eddie Leggett

Eddie Leggett is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in web application development and various roles in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Web Application Developer at NCDOT since July 2014, Eddie specializes in utilizing C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and MS SQL to develop applications. Prior to this, Eddie worked as a Senior Application Developer at IBM/Seterus, focusing on application development for billing code maintenance, and as a Senior IT Developer at Cotton Incorporated, creating solutions for the cotton industry. Eddie's career began with freelance consulting and included a significant tenure at NCDOT, where skills were applied in transportation planning. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University.
