Deborah Jenkins

Deborah Jenkins is the owner of Kindling Ltd and currently chairs several organizations, including NCFE and the Northern Neonatal Network. With a background in vocational training and project management, they have held leadership roles at Brighter Futures for Children, South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Together for Children. Deborah's extensive experience also includes serving as a trustee for Cultura and leading the Barnard Castle Vision project, which significantly improved the local community. They hold a Master of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Durham University.
