Earlier experience includes R&D and engineering roles at multiple organizations, with a strong emphasis on research, formulation design, and technical support within the polyurethane industry. Jeffrey Sowder obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
