Winston Reynolds Jr

Winston Reynolds Jr is a seasoned production manager currently at NCFI Polyurethanes® since September 2018, with previous experience as a group manager at JELD-WEN, Inc. during early 2018. Prior to that, Winston held various positions at Shaw Industries from 2001 to 2018, including safety training manager, process control technician/supervisor, and lumber grader/nester. Winston earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University, completing the latter in 2016 and the former in 2018.
