Debbie Sikes

Deborah Sikes has extensive work experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse. Deborah started their career in 1988 as an Aftercare Program Coordinator at the Psychiatric Institute of Washington. From 1991 to 1994, they worked as a Clinician in the Substance Abuse Team at the Loudoun County Community Services Board. In 1994, they joined the Alcohol and Drug Services, Fairfax County-Falls Church Community Services Board as a Mental Health Therapist, and they worked there until 1998. Deborah then spent a significant portion of their career at the National Counseling Group, where they held the position of Chief Clinical Officer from 1996 to 2015. Currently, they are the Chief Clinical Officer at ncgCARE, a position they have held since 2016.

Deborah Sikes obtained their MSEd degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of Kansas, where they studied from 1986 to 1988.
