Alfredo Gilardi

Alfredo Gilardi has extensive experience in sales management and business development, currently serving as Managing Director Mediterranean at NCH Europe since January 1990. In this role, Alfredo is responsible for implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals and maximize market potential across various business segments. Previously, Alfredo held positions such as Director of Sales Italy for all divisions, where a significant success included transforming the Chemsearch division into the top performer in NCH Italy. Alfredo started the career at Lavazza, progressing from a Merchandiser to Key Account Manager, highlighting strong skills in customer management and sales analysis.
