Deborah Parker

Deborah Parker serves as the Vice President of Human Resources Europe and European HR Director at NCH Europe since November 2019, overseeing HR strategies across 20+ countries to enhance talent attraction and performance. Additionally, Deborah is a Governor at the University of Northampton and has held interim HR leadership roles at Consilio LLC and extensive HR positions at XPO Logistics, including HR Director for Europe and HR Director for UK & Ireland, contributing to business turnaround and employee integration efforts. Earlier career experience includes roles at Carlsberg Group, NatWest, and Nationwide Building Society, complemented by an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Northampton and a BA in History from the University of Warwick.
