Finance and Accounting Team

The Finance and Accounting Team at the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency is responsible for managing the Agency's financial operations to ensure the creation of affordable housing opportunities. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and overseeing accounts payable. They also handle strategic financial projects, analyze financial data, manage bonds and mortgage loans, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
