Alan Strassner

Alan Strassner has served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for Cornerstone Building Brands, the newly merged NCI Building Systems and Ply Gem Building Products company, since November 2018. Mr. Strassner served as the NCI Building Systems Vice President of Corporate Strategy since 2015. His responsibilities include corporate strategy development, M&A, market intelligence, and strategic planning for Cornerstone Building Brands. Prior to working at NCI, Alan held various corporate finance & strategy roles at a family office. In addition, Mr. Strassner was employed by Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2011. Mr. Strassner holds an MBA from Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Business and an MSA/BBA from the Honors College at the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business.
