Amy Borbet

Amy Borbet has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting fields. Amy is currently working as the Director of SEC and Technical Accounting at Cornerstone Building Brands, a position they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Corporate Controller, Senior Director at Novan, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for researching, developing, and commercializing therapeutic products for skin diseases. From 2019 to 2021, they held positions at BioDelivery Sciences International, including Director of Revenue and Technical Accounting and Director of Accounting. Amy also has experience as an Interim Corporate Controller at a publicly-traded pharmaceutical company and as a Consultant for a gene therapy company. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President of Finance at New Hampshire Motor Speedway and as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Amy Borbet has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Meredith College. Amy also has a Master's degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University. In addition, Amy has obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners in 2007.
