Edward Wyatt

Edward Wyatt is an experienced attorney and founding member of Wyatt Law, PLLC, which specializes in assisting middle market and small businesses with business litigation, transactions, and legal counseling. Currently serving as a Contract Attorney at Cornerstone Building Brands since November 2019, Edward has previously held positions such as General Counsel for A&R Foods, Inc. and its affiliates, where responsibilities included negotiating transactions and overseeing litigation. Edward has also developed a patent-pending process to detect financial fraud at G/W Ventures, LLC. With a solid background in securities litigation from Hunton & Williams LLP and prior experience at prestigious firms like King and Spalding and Smith Anderson, Edward Wyatt holds a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law and an MBA in Finance from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
