Mike Scarpa

Mike Scarpa has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mike started their career at Corning Precision Lens, where they served as a Business Development Manager, expanding the company's competitive position and initiating the Micro-Display business. Mike then transitioned to 3M Precision Optics, where they worked as the Manufacturing Technology Center Manager, responsible for process, equipment, and industrial engineering. At PMC Smart Solutions, they held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations and Engineering, leading the engineering and operations teams. During their tenure, they created a medical manufacturing organization and achieved ISO and FDA compliance. At Dover Corporation Hydro Systems Company, Scarpa held two roles: Vice President of Business Excellence and Engineering, and Vice President of Business Excellence. In these roles, they led global engineering, quality, and project management teams, and successfully implemented data-based decision making, resulting in significant improvements in various areas, such as new product sales, patent filings, and manufacturing productivity. Mike'smost recent position is Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Cornerstone Building Brands.

Mike Scarpa earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville.
