Shaun Bishop, PMP, CSM, is a Senior Program Consultant PMO at Cornerstone Building Brands, responsible for planning and executing system implementations and strategic road mapping in Fleet Management Services. With extensive experience across various industries, including leadership roles at Nolan Transportation Group and Vanderlande, Shaun has successfully directed significant projects, established governance practices, and implemented high-impact business solutions, resulting in substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies. Shaun’s earlier roles include Program Manager at Content Driven, where impactful initiatives for domestic violence awareness were executed, and Business Analyst at Chase Consultants, where financial management improvements were realized.
