Erik Ricketson

Erik Ricketson serves as the Chief Information Officer at nCino, Inc. since November 2020, with previous roles including Information Technology Program Management Lead and Principal ERP and CRM Project Manager. Concurrently, Erik holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army, a position held since 2004. Prior experience includes significant roles at Booz Allen Hamilton from February 2008 to November 2020, where responsibilities encompassed Lead Associate for Intelligence and Security programs, Organization and Strategy Engagement Lead, and Senior Organization and Strategy Consultant. Additionally, Erik worked at MacAulay-Brown, Inc. as a Senior Security and Risk Management Analyst and served as a Military Intelligence Officer in the Army Special Forces from May 2004 to June 2007. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, a graduate-level executive certificate in Change Management from Georgetown University, and completion of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. Erik earned a Bachelor's degree from The Citadel in 2004.
