Reid Jackson

Reid Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at nCino, Inc. since May 2013, currently serving as the Principal Solution Architect and Executive Director of Global Solution Consulting. Jackson leads teams responsible for pre-sales activities, collaborating with Direct Sales and Product Services to enhance company growth and optimize sales processes within financial institutions worldwide. Previous roles include Director of Global Solution Consulting, Manager of Solution Engineering, and various consultant positions, emphasizing successful implementations and client relationship management. Prior to nCino, Jackson co-founded the ACM SIGGRAPH Chapter at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and gained early experience as a Computer Technician intern at North Carolina State University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a Digital Arts concentration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
