Wil D'Costa

Wil D'Costa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of Mortgage & Specialist Lending Delivery at nCino, Inc. since November 2020, where notable achievements include designing and managing the build of the first nCino UK residential lending product and successfully implementing an MVP solution for a key EMEA Mortgage client. Prior to nCino, Wil held various managerial and consulting roles at Accenture, focusing on strategy and organizational design for global banking clients, and served in different capacities at the Royal Bank of Scotland, including Assistant Director and Project Manager within its graduate scheme.
