Lisa Kinsey

Lisa Kinsey has extensive experience in underwriting for self-insured pools for municipalities, having worked with companies in Maine and North Carolina. Currently serving as the Director of Business Services at the NC League of Municipalities, Lisa has been dedicated to marketing league services in eastern NC. Prior to this, Lisa also held the title of Senior Underwriter for self-insured pools.
