Saqib Ali is currently a Customer Success Manager at nClouds. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Manager NOC at InfoSpan Inc. from May 2007 to February 2012. Saqib was responsible for the installation/configuration and management of all VOIP infrastructures, both domestic and international, using Asterisk as a backend tool. Saqib was also a member of a team responsible for the overall maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of all IT infrastructure, including database/records management, technical/customer support, and network security.

Saqib has experience integrating SIP gateways including Audio Codes Mediant 2000/1000 and Vega Stream 400/100 with Asterisk for better voice experience using hardware base processing. Saqib has also managed VPNs between different clients based in US and Canada. Saqib implemented a complete IVR solution using Asterisk server based on Linux for different projects. Additionally, they have implemented an inbound solution with user interface and live monitoring, as well as real-time statistics.

Saqib's experience also includes managing and maintaining an internetwork with the help of WAN technologies like PPP, Frame-relay, dedicated T1s, ISDN and routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, RIP and RIPv2. Saqib has introductory knowledge of Layer-2 Switching, Vlan's and Access-list.

Saqib Ali has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Arid Agriculture University. Saqib is certified from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate. Saqib is also certified from Amazon Web Services (AWS)7YH7143112E111GT in Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate.
