Julian Ernould

Julian Ernould currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at Nclusion, focusing on developing a resilient agency banking network for global financial services since August 2025. Prior to this role, Julian held various positions at Eurofins, including Head of Business Operations and Associate Director, Global PMO Leader, where significant achievements included building the Business Operations department and doubling new product throughput while reducing time-to-market. Julian's experience also encompasses a leadership role in the Global Business Process Improvement Team, where Lean methodologies were implemented to drive operational efficiencies. Previous roles at EY included positions in Performance Improvement Advisory, specializing in Financial Services, and an internship in M&A Advisory at ALLYUM.
