Brittany Shields began their work experience in 2014 as a Recreation Supervisor for the City of Salina. In 2017, they transitioned to Kforce Inc where they served as a Talent Associate and Account Manager until 2018. In 2019, Brittany joined Lockton Affinity as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and remained in this role until 2021. Currently, they are working at NCM Associates as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they are responsible for developing and implementing recruitment processes and strategies.
Brittany Shields completed their education at Fort Hays State University. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government, which they pursued from 2007 to 2012. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from the same university, completing it from 2012 to 2014.
