Jared Bowers has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jared began their career at Harland Clarke Customer Engagement Solutions in 1999 as a Customer Service and Sales Supervisor, where they managed a team of up to 20 people and was responsible for their performance and development. In 2008, they joined England Logistics as a Sr. Account Manager, where they grew and maintained business accounts, solicited new customers, managed a team, and negotiated pricing. In 2014, they worked as a Team Leader Business Development at AutoPoint, a Solera Company. Their responsibilities included leading the team and developing new business opportunities. Since 2015, they have been working at NCM Associates, first as a Sales Consultant, responsible for selling Axcessa dealership software, and currently as a Sales Manager, leading a team selling NCM dealer-facing products and services, including dealership training, 20 groups, and benchmarking.
