Ricky Massana

Ricky Massana has a diverse work experience in the software development and systems analysis fields. Ricky began their career as a DSI Consultant at Data Systems International (DSI), where they installed and configured solution components for clients. Ricky then moved on to become a Software Developer I at DSI, where they translated software requirements into workable applications using the DSI Mobile Enterprise Platform. Ricky later took on the role of a Software Developer - Apps/Product Management, where they developed new supply chain solutions and enterprise applications using DSI platform technologies. Ricky joined Commerce Bank as a Systems Analyst II and eventually advanced to the position of Systems Analyst IV. Their responsibilities included analyzing systems and developing solutions. Currently, Ricky serves as a Software Development Team Lead at NCM Associates, where they lead a team in developing software applications.

Ricky Massana completed their Master of Science in Data Analytics at Park University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management Information Systems, General from Park University in 2017. Ricky Massana achieved their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Central Methodist University between 2009 and 2013. Ricky also received a High School Diploma from Wentworth Military Academy and College in 2009.
