Mental Health and Case Management

The Mental Health and Case Management team at the Nueces Center for Mental Health & Intellectual Disabilities provides comprehensive support and services to individuals facing mental illness and developmental disabilities. They coordinate and deliver psychiatric outpatient services, counseling, personalized case management, and essential life skills training to both adults and youth, helping them achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
