Sonya Bilsborough

Sonya Bilsborough has been with NCO EUROPE LIMITED since 2019, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Sonya held various operational leadership roles at NCO from 2005 to 2019, including Operations Director and Head of Operations. With extensive experience in managing multi-lingual customer contact centers, Sonya is responsible for ensuring high standards, core values, and positive culture within the organization. Sonya played a key role in leading the business through transitions to FCA regulation.
