Shweta B Parab has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Shweta B Parab started their career in 2010 as an HR at Saraswat Infotech Limited. In 2015, they moved to Being Human Jewellery as Head HR. In 2017, they joined Intervision HR as Head of HR, where they were responsible for providing end to end HR solutions right from Hiring, Payrolling, Outsourcing and Compliance. In 2018, they joined Gametion as Sr Manager HR. Currently, they are working as Senior Human Resources Manager at nCORE Games, a mobile games and interactive entertainment company based out of Bangalore, India. Her goal is to be India\u2019s number 1 gaming company by offering highly engaging games and build partnerships with global game companies to publish their games in Indian market.

Shweta B Parab completed their MBA in HR from Bharti Vidyapeeth from 2008 to 2010. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Mgm College Of Engineering & Technology from 2004 to 2007. Shweta B Parab also completed their HSC in Science from MSAS from 1991 to 2004.
