Ron Burns

Ron Burns is an accomplished professional in the technology and investment sectors, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Enterprise Software & AI Group and a member of the Deal Screening Committee at Band of Angels, where Ron contributes to seed funding for innovative startups. Burns has extensive experience as a Seed Investor at POLLEN Metrology, an Advisor to the CEO at nCorium, and a mentor at both Alchemist Accelerator and the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center. Previously, Burns played key roles at Synopsys, including Director of PSS and VP of Sales at Emulation and Verification Engineering, as well as leading semiconductor solutions at Wipro Technologies. Burns' early career includes a pivotal position as VP of Worldwide Sales at Teja, a pioneering company in embedded systems. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
