Frannie McGowan is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in pharmacy management and strategic development. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chairperson of the Access to Care Committee at the NCPDP Foundation, Frannie also holds the position of Founder and CEO at Consumer Health Strategies since February 2020. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Scriptcycle LLC, a GoodRx Company, and various senior leadership positions at Kroger, culminating as SVP of Business Development & Strategy. Frannie has contributed as a Strategic Advisor for both Lynx and PatientsLikeMe. A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) graduate from UC James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy, Frannie also completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, emphasizing organizational transformation and leadership.
