Santhi Priya Kolachana currently serves as the Head of Global Operations at NCPL Consulting Inc. since December 2021, where responsibilities include sustaining peak efficiency in service-related operations and initiating enhancements. Prior to this role, Santhi Priya held the position of Technical Operation Lead, focusing on the development and delivery of training programs to enhance candidate skills.
