Tiara Roberts, MBA, PMP®, ITIL®4, LSSGB, CSAM, currently serves as a Software Compliance Engagement Manager at Cisco since March 2023 and is the Director of the NCPMI Next-Gen Program at NCPMI since April 2024. With extensive experience in program and project management roles, Tiara has also held positions such as Senior Program Manager at Coinbase and Strategy and Planning Manager at Cisco. Additional roles at Cisco include audits and team leadership within the Customer Experience division. Tiara's background is complemented by earlier experience in financial operations, credentialing, and customer service across various organizations, including AIG and Amerigroup. Tiara holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a Finance concentration, a Master of Business Administration in Project Management, and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Technician/Assistant.
