Christopher G. Graham

Christopher G. Graham serves as Law Vice President and Chief Counsel for Canada at NCR Atleos since October 2023, previously holding the same title at NCR Corporation from August 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel within both the Cardtronics Division and Canada at Cardtronics from March 2018 to August 2021. Christopher began their legal career as an Associate at Dickinson Wright LLP from July 2012 to March 2018. Notable assignments include representing a major independent Canadian securities dealer in its subordinated debt offering and advising a leading Canadian apparel retailer during the acquisition of a publically listed international competitor's Canadian subsidiary. Christopher earned a Juris Doctor from Queen's University in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History and Politics from the same institution in 2009.
