Kyle Gildin

Kyle Gildin, Esq., CAMS, serves as Counsel and Director of Compliance for NCR Atleos, LibertyX, and LibertyPay, with current responsibilities beginning in October 2023 following the separation of NCR into distinct entities. Previously, Gildin held similar positions at LibertyX and LibertyPay since their acquisition by NCR Corporation in January 2022. Gildin's extensive experience includes roles as US Compliance Lead and Senior AML Compliance Analyst at Xapo Bank, along with various consulting positions in AML compliance at prominent firms such as BlackRock, Morgan Stanley, and LawFlex. Gildin possesses a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Post University.
