Valentin Konja

Valentin Konja, Ph.D., currently serves as the Executive Director of Business Operations at NCR Atleos since September 2023, after a significant tenure at NCR Corporation from October 2015 to August 2023, where roles included Executive Director and Global Customer Solutions Support Director for the Banking Sector. Expertise encompasses global software distribution, robotic process automation, ATM security services, cash management, and business development, with a strong focus on customer optimization and strategic planning. Prior to these roles, Valentin held various managerial positions, including Regional Director for Asia Pacific, leading operations and customer service, and project leadership in academia. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Novi Sad.
