Diana Kolanach

Diana Kolanach is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering for Retail Solutions at NCR Voyix since December 2020. In this role, Diana spearheads enterprise-wide transformations and manages a global team of 220 engineers to deliver software solutions across 40 countries. Prior to this, Diana held several prominent positions at IBM, including Program Director for IBM Hybrid Cloud and IBM API Connect Customer Success, overseeing software development teams and enhancing customer experiences. Diana also led significant product initiatives aimed at modernizing software architectures and improving operational efficiency. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
