Jason Edgecombe

Jason Edgecombe serves as the Chief Privacy Officer at NCR Atleos since October 2023, after previously holding the position of Senior Privacy Counsel at NCR Corporation since February 2018. In this role, Jason provides legal guidance on privacy and data protection across various global divisions within NCR, focusing on issues such as data protection agreements, international data transfers, and compliance with privacy requirements. Prior to NCR, Jason worked as Of Counsel at Baker Donelson, advising clients on data privacy and cybersecurity matters, and represented clients in various legal capacities at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and King & Spalding LLP. Jason holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Emory University.
