Kelli Sterrett

Kelli Sterrett serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at NCR Voyix since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kelli held the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at EVO Payments, Inc. from December 2018 to March 2023, and previously served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Corporate. Kelli's extensive experience also includes positions at Scientific Games as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Corporate, and at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as a Senior Associate specializing in Corporate and M&A. Kelli began legal career with a summer associate role at GE Capital in 2001. Kelli obtained a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University, along with academic experience at the University of Amsterdam.
