Chih-Jey H. (Diane)

Chih-Jey (Diane) H. is a seasoned membership and program management professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as Membership Engagement Manager at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition since February 2022, Chih-Jey focuses on membership infrastructure and KPI metrics. Prior roles include Membership Services Associate at the Association of Community College Trustees, where responsibilities included managing membership activities, engaging with members, maintaining records, and overseeing governance elections. Chih-Jey also has experience as a Program Associate at the Women & Politics Institute, coordinating leadership training programs and communications, and held administrative roles in admissions and development at American University and MAG America, respectively. Chih-Jey holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from American University and a BA in Chinese and Political Science from Peking University.
