National College Resources Foundation (NCRF) is an educational enhancement agency whose mission is to curtail the high school dropout rate and increase degree and/or certificate enrollment among underserved, underrepresented, at risk, low resource, homeless and foster students. Our vision is to close the gaps in educational achievement, workforce, and economic disparities with the goal to end racism and racial inequality. 
NCRF was developed in 1999 to serve as a vital link between minorities and college admissions. NCRF provides holistic, comprehensive intervention, mentoring, academic support/tutoring, college and career planning, and student athlete assistance and support.

The Communication and Partnerships Team at the National College Resources Foundation (NCRF) focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships with educational institutions, governmental entities, and community partners. This team develops and implements effective communication strategies to promote NCRF's mission, advocate for underserved students, and enhance collaboration with stakeholders to drive initiatives that support equity in education and increase access to college opportunities.
