Lena Bylin

Lena Bylin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Their most recent position was at NCS Colour, where they served as the Team Lead Operations since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Operations Coordinator from June 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining NCS Colour, Lena held various roles at eBerry by Nordic Choice Hotels from 2010 to 2020. Lena started as a Customer Service Coordinator in November 2010 and gradually climbed the ladder to become the Quality Assurance Training Manager from September 2018 to December 2019. Lena then served as the Project Manager for E-learning & QA from January 2020 to August 2020.

Lena's earlier experience includes working at Dorothy Tours, where they served as the Production Manager from September 2008 to November 2010 and as the Reservations Manager from January 2008 to August 2008.

Throughout their career, Lena has showcased their expertise in operations, project management, quality assurance, customer service, and managerial roles.

Lena Bylin attended Svenska Skolan in Fuengirola from 1998 to 2001, where they completed the High School Certificate of Competence Program. Lena obtained a degree in SPH1 I-III Social Sciences, B.U.P, C.O.U during this period.
