Alessandro then became a project manager at Wireless Future and managed projects on the analysis of radio networks performance. Alessandro also coordinated the software development team and defined R&D key drivers for market development.

In 2004, Varini began working as a contract lecturer at the University of Bologna. Alessandro taught a course on propagation and transmission lines. Alessandro also continued working as a researcher at the University of Bologna during this time.

In 2007, Varini left Wireless Future to work as a Project Manager at NCS Company. In this role, they are responsible for managing projects related to the analysis and optimization of cellular networks.

Alessandro Varini attended Università di Bologna where they completed a post graduation course for specialization in radiocommunications. Alessandro then obtained their Laurea (Master's Degree) in Telecommunication Engineering from Università di Bologna. Prior to this, they attended Liceo Scientifico "Lazzaro Spallanzani" - Reggio Emilia.
